From Zagreb, take A1 to Vrgorac, then take E65 towards Dubrovnik, take right towards Ston and finally take the 65km of Pelješac road to Lovište.
Alternative, possibly better and shorter way is to take the ferry from Ploče (on E65) to Trpanj on Pelješac and then continue to Lovište. Frequent Jadrolinija ferries make the short trip.
